Pitch speeds

The pitch speeds in this game are terrible and overall too slow. Why is it they vary so much from game to game though? Faced Hal in back-to-back games. One game late on the change-up, next game too early on hundred mile an hour fastballs.

Connections. Don't tell the SDS fan boys. To them the game plays the same all the time. It is why skepple's record is so good. He is always playing slow pitch softball. Top players always in the sweet spot but let them keep thinking they are just that good. Maybe some day SDS will put in ping indicators and ping based match making. Their game would drastically change.
People are finally noticing that there is a drastic difference in connections online and if you are on the bad side, it is a horrendous experience.

I can understand it being connection related, but if that's the case why didn't I have this issue last year? My connection hasn't changed.

Too slow? You're high. AS pitch speeds this year seem like HOF speeds of last year. We dont need to be increasing pitch speeds ffs lol

Or my record is good because I’m just decent at the game, how arrogant are you that the thought that someone is better than you must mean there’s something not on the up and up. There are plenty of people better than me at this game and you know what? It’s just that, they’re better than me.

Just a question: what your connection speed? Because it must be pretty [censored] fast considering you’re not a super great player at this game.

Do you play on a TV or a monitor? Because 95% of people with monitors will tell you that AS pitch speeds are not fast at all, and many (myself included) would say that they're actually pretty slow. I'm not trying to invalidate your opinion, I'm just saying the equipment you play with can have a factor, and (just like any video game) the people with the better equipment will have an advantage. Its just the way it is. If pitch speeds were slower, we'd be approaching MLB Slow Pitch Softball 18 and I don't think anyone wants that

Monitor. Nothing has changed in my setup. AS pitch speeds are faster this year. I loaded up 19 to check and yup, faster with smaller PCI sizes.

Yeah that’s fine and all but they need to fix their timing window and latency issues then.

Agreed. I don't understand why the timing window is different for a 95 mph 4 seamer vs a 95 mph cutter vs a 95 mph sinker
