Face Scan Issue

There is a line that goes straight down the back of the head and the skin is 2 different colors

I thought it was just me.... I also have a glare on the side of my face ( probably from light in room ). Is there a way to retake scan ?

This is a known issue. The team is investigating but I don't have any updates at the moment.

Same. My neck is 7 shades darker, and I have what looks like a big birthmark on the left side of my players face.
