Vintage Program Mission - really SDS?

I definitely didn't understand what that meant, but I wasn't all that worried since there are like 7 alternative ways to complete the program.

Tally 1000 xp with any immortals, including Griffey Jr, Jackie Robinson, Albert Pujols and others...
Are people just expected to remember them from 8 years ago, or guess if they did not play that year?

If they are going to insert a mission create a filter for it

Sds needs to create filters for each program to provide which players can be used for the missions in game
Sometimes using Showzone it gets confusing for me

I was gonna stress about it, then I got all mathy...70 from the EZ stat missions, 30 from the PxP missions. Ok maybe that 4000 w/ Vintage seems grindy? Win 1 Conquest = 10. Or sub in the 1500 for Jolt (I still have a few that haven't hit 500 pxp) = 10. Or win a BR game = 10. Literally 145 mission points to get before you gotta get all Highlander and figure out who the Immortals are. It was just a troll by SDS.

It is baffling that they never give a proper list of eligible players for any of these.
I had a devil of a time with them last year when they did the 'get x hits with players from country y'.

Within a single (one) google search I found this info. Seriously, find something worthwhile to complain about.

@Dolenz_PSN it took you longer to post this complaint online that it would have to complete the mission. I think I played like 1 game with Jackie and Tulo and it was completed.

That is beside the point. I finished it without issue since my Cardinal team already had Gibson and Musial
But I still think it is kinda dumb to put out a mission that requires people to remember or look up info outside of the game to find out which players qualify for the mission. Immortals was all the way back in 2018

@nymets1987_PSN Yep, functioning filters would solve all those issues.
The lack of proper filters was the biggest shock I had when I switched from 2K to this last year.I genuinely couldn't believe that something so rudimentary wasn't available.

Same as they do missions with “Asian players” or people over 5’10 you’re trying to say they should make it an obvious easy filter to be able to find said players
To them, you’re a complainer, to everyone else you’re creating said filter and will give it away for free with a more optimized version that the app doesn’t yet know

I try to keep it to reasonable complaints and I try to be adult about them when I post them but I have complained my fair share. I just hope I balance it out with useful posts too.
