Cannot play coop (session failure)

For the past 15 hours, whenever I try to play Co-Op (both 2v2 and 3v3 Ranked), the game freezes for a short period and then shows a “Session Failure” message. We can’t even get into the queue.
Pretty sure this is not due to my connection problem, because several of my friends also replied that they encountered the same problem since yesterday. (We have a the show group chat community in Taiwan, and many people replied that they cannot play coop too. It seems that people specifically from my country cannot connect to the coop.)
Has anyone encountered this kinds of problem before? Thanks
