I did it with 14 outs to go despite him having no control and I lost count on how many perfect outs. Somehow Tony Fernandez's perfect was a HR though with his 33ish power haha.

I finished the showdown and didn’t get the card
My menu crashed out too and said "restart showdown". I backed out and checked inventory and lo and behold Mr. Powdered Donut was there.

If I were to grade this program / content I would give it -- C +
I am being generous too cause the screens were slow to respond and froze once for me. Also would have been nice to get some XP too plus the card like 2500 xp but I have a serious question for SDS.
DO YOU TEST THIS GARBAGE ?? this games menus are garbage and you had us spend 90 bucks to test your game that your SLOW as BEEP to fix.

happy to have him tho.I was down 35 to 33 with only 5 outs left and a runner on first. I hit into a double play and immediately said I'm gonna lose and not try again. Two singles and HR from Springer was great relief and pushing me to get him from the mini season
That's a great card, I played a few event games last night, it was actually a lot of fun, got smoked but hey whatever. That Springer card was hitting double after double for me though, I highly recommend it.

That Fernandez card has sneaky power, I think it's the batting stance, i've been raking with that card though.

Thankfully I got it with two outs remaining.
It took 94 pitches and didn't look good late, but a three run homer from Jorge Soler did it. -
One card I always use if it is available in drafts for BR or SD is the bronze Miguel Vargas. I don't what it is but every impact with that card is high velocity.

I got it done on the second try. The first time I drafted mostly power hitters but the lack of speed in my lineup made things more difficult than I expected and I fell two runs short. Second time I drafted nothing but speedy contact hitters and easily took the lead with like 20 outs to spare. So if anyone is stuck, that's what worked for me.

Took me longer just to draft my [censored] team with all the lag than it did to complete the actual showdown
