They acknowledged the problem about a month ago and said they were working on it

@DemIsE4_XBL to my knowledge it has been crickets beyond their one update note. Anything else is pure speculation to this point. They are streaming tomorrow. But I wouldn’t ask about it. They are liable to chat ban you for that. You can only glaze their sassy lefties and new packs in there.

I did see people on Twitter complaining that SDS banned them for cheating.
