Gonna try one

Update took the Rockies to the promise land in 2037. Just had to wait for the whole dodgers team to retire or get traded

Better late than never.

I like to control all 30 teams. The first thing I do is to sign all the top players to contract extensions so teams like the Dodgers can't stack their teams. 4 or 5 seasons deep, they have to rely on player development like everyone else.

@StinkyMcPooter_XBL my team was almost all player development hit then once we won a World Series could go sign Jesus if we wanted too.
-
TBH, even when I play just one team, I hardly ever sign free agents.
The first thing I do is trade away as much high talent as I can for low rated/high potential youngish players. I sign them to long term/low(ish) salary contracts.
Then, I suck the big one for about 3 or 4 years. Get some decent draft picks and do the same with them. After that, you've got yourself a dynasty.

-
i tried a few of the lower teams and get fired before you can properly turn it around without cheesing. the 3 year contract with very limited goals set by the CPU makes it difficult. This was another thing in franchise that was overlooked
Needed to add more goals for teams ( eg 10 more wins then last season, draft X position, etc ).

@easedel_MLBTS yeah make sure u turn this off or they give up on u way to quickly.

100% GM contracts are just foolish if you want to build a team up from the basement.
This is why I like the way EA's NHL is set up. The GMs have ratings like 'patience'. You know before you start which teams will let you rebuild and which are 'win now'.

I usually play 2 of them. My favorite team (Dodgers) and another team (Athletics last year), I haven’t chosen a second this year yet. I always say stick to your favorite team.

@fubar2k7_PSN redsox is my favourite which is a hard one cause in the game they play amazing irl they suck…
-
@onix_savage22_psn I would take the Sox as my second team. I live in New England and watch a ton of games in NESN. They have a lot of fun young players. You should take the Sox. They also have great division opponents.

I could never play at Fenway. It's like a little league park.

Right handed batters, lazy fly balls bounce off the monster. Lefties, pull the ball as much as you can to wrap it around Pesky's pole. Up the middle, just left of center to get triples all day.
