That was my favorite mode. More than DD, which I also play a ton. I’ve known it wasn’t in the game since release, but finally wanted to figure out why since I just lost in weekend classic after hitting into a perfect perfect double play at first, and need a break from the mode. I’ve got no issue with storylines being in the game, but I find it hard to believe there was more of a demand for that than MtO. I know they say streamlined is basically March to October now, but anyone who’s played a good amount knows it’s nothing like it at all. Just want to know why it was removed and if there’s any chance it comes back in future years. I might not have spent the $70 on this broken game if I’d known they removed one of the main reasons I play it.

@Bradenw073777_XBL My theory is they didn’t like people holding xp for new innings. They made it less and less rewarding, so people stopped playing it and they could remove it.

Or that barely anybody played it, so SDS couldn't find a good reason to let it have a spot on the home menu. Either way, franchise is a MUCH better experience.

I don't miss it anymore than I would miss Diamond Dynasty.
Admittedly, I would have played a season with M2O if it had stuck around , same as I'm playing DD but IMO neither are necessary for me to enjoy the Show.
