I understand that MLB The Show 26 is going to have bugs and issues — no game is perfect. My main issue is with how long it takes to hear back from support.
I submitted a ticket on April 10th and never got a response. I made another one on May 2nd and still haven’t heard anything back yet. It’s honestly frustrating when you’re trying to get help.
it often it feels like a lot of the community is being ignored when it comes to support and communication. I’m not even asking for an instant fix, just some kind of response or update would go a long way. Is anyone else dealing with super long wait times from support?

It seems like SDS staff is akin to those scam centers in India. It amazes me that when things break it takes hours to fix. I’m sure Joe will suspend me for another week for not contributing anything relevant but their whole crew is beyond hopeless. Just sell the company to somebody who likes baseball and video games and respects the clients.
