Where do I begin…what happened to hitting? Exit velocities on Good/Good are atrocious at times! There are multiple instances where Good/Good is coming off the bat significantly slower than the pitch speed.

I’ve hit homeruns with the PCI not touching the ball. I’ve got “okay” contact with the center dot of the PCI just barely off the ball with good timing.

Hitting feels so random at times online but that isn’t even the worst aspect of online play at the moment

Pitching…pitching is ABYSMALLY BAD. “Perfect” strike zone accuracy is a slap in the face to the sport. This game, these developers flat out refuse to program this game to record a strike based on the rule book of the game. Pathetic. So many at bats are prolonged by ridiculous foul tips…but you wanted to speed up games by removing the windup? WAKE UP.

And here’s the biggest red flag that SDS has no idea what they’re doing: base running being so unbalanced it’s a direct sign to a lack of competence as game developers

You can pitch out, and slide step, with a catcher who has good pop time and high arm strength…and you cannot throw anyone out with speed. Pathetic!

If SDS doesn’t actually do a competent job, all we’re going to see is speed mods slapped on every player and it’ll be stolen base after stolen base. In my near decade of playing this game, base running has NEVER been this bad.

This game, this franchise, is in a TERRIBLE spot. Content is already stale and you have an absolute dogshit game in terms of online play.

Sad times to see the hole this game has fallen to

There’s one slide animation that broke the stealing in this game, it’s been like this for a few years now, all they had to do was remove it.

This studio really need to hire somebody to help clean their code and fix it.

100% agree, I did my 6 games for weekend classic and figured that playing DQ for 1 BIAH is faster and less frustrating that sweating it in ranked.
