Look at the batting averages of World Series players. The top 300 have batting averages over .500

@MiJuJuKaLa_PSN you are talking about 300 players out of thousands! Most people this year are not even close to 500. You are looking at the best players at the game. Of course their stats are going to look good. And they probably manipulated stuff to play against lesser players. 60 percent of my good input does not result in hits. Id say hitting is way harder than pitching.

And yet, most people in the bottom 70 percent of players would say they can't hit to save their life. Tough to bridge that gap.

I would suggest you look closer to your current rating. My average is .325-.350 @ 810 rating and most are right around me. Judge off the 20 closest people to your rating. The only thing dead about pitching is how bad and inconsistent the "perfect" umpires are. I've literally thrown 4 pitches in the same spot with the pitches overlapping and had strike calls and ball calls as well as so far 21 pitches that have been 70% or more in the zone called a ball.

Until they remove the outer PCI, and actually have a “perfect” strike zone, pitching is going to be tough.
This year, you have to outscore your opponent more times than not

This game sucks lol. Really no other way to put it. SDS just is not capable of producing a quality video game.

Well I used to have around a 2-3.5 era most shows. I was over 6 before the past week or 2. Think high 5's now. I can't pitch to anyone. I can throw dots and 500 rated players still hit them. That was until I dumbed down my fiber internet which really seems to help.

@MiJuJuKaLa_PSN We’re both wrong. I looked through every individual game and calculated mine. My ERA is 3.06 not counting Weekend Classic. 2.86 including WC. Weird.

@MiJuJuKaLa_PSN there is no way these guys are making it all the way to world series and maintaining a 500 average!! No way! With the level of competition they have to get through and hall of fame. How are they hitting 500? When half of great contact is an out to begin with. Hitting 500 basically means they are squaring the ball up great every single at bat. Statistically impossible. There is so much bull s h i t going on with this game its gross. Do the math. I can see 500 in moon shot events. Not ranked.
