Mlb the Show 26 does not support 4k at 120hz

@LHUBison58_XBL nice man! What settings did you change it to? 1080p or 1440p? Yep I had to look into this. Because it just seemed like alot of people I have been playing so far this year hit with such ease..and I was struggling, there had to be something i was missing. Then you see these u tubers hitting like its nothing also. They cannot be that much better than everyone else that easily.
Streamers are the biggest pile of cheating pieces of [censored] in gaming. Almost every elite streamer in any online game is very likely cheating. Call of Shame exposed a ton of COD streamers but most were whitelisted from the lack of integrity gaming company. I wouldn't pay any attention to the streamers. Majority are garbage human beings.

@DemIsE4_XBL i agree for the most part they are not the most up and up type of people. Some of them are good, I would say most are not because they think its better to be a u tuber then get actual careers. I would also agree alot are cheating or just figured out something we do not have access to. I honestly would not be surprised if they have a deal with sds to somehow make hitting easier for them or place them on dedicated servers to make the game easier for them. Just no way all these guys are that incredibly good if they are dealing with the same [censored] and same playing field we are all on. Then again I suppose if its your job to play this game 10 hours a day everyday, you get pretty good at it

Never underestimate the integrity level of streamers and gaming companies. Both usually very shallow.

lol blaming streamers because you didn't realize the upgrade from a PS4 to a PS5 was going from 60hz to 120hz is a new one.
Also Hz = Frames…just incase you were gunna expose that big secret as well.

@sizzlNtruth_XBL 1440p or 1080p with hdr turned off. Also turn off allow 4k.. Make sure 120hz is turned on. 8 bit color as well. If you have a monitor make sure the monitor is getting 120fps as well. Hard wired everything. You're welcome. These are the settings the pros use after extensive research. I was extremely determined to find out. This is not a new generation game. 4k with hdr turned on is going to make you very bad online. Non very reactive games that you want visuals for, is when you use 4k with hdr. Not performance. You are all very welcome i should charge a fee for this.

From what I have researched a little bit, if your TV is 60hz native you shouldn't change to 1080 or 1440, you should use what the PS5 sees your TV as because downscalimg can use extra processing and cause lag. Thoughts?

@DrBear100_PSN yes the TV or monitor needs to be capable of a 120hz or it does not work. Correct.

Can anyone else confirm this? Based on my research and understanding. 4k caps out at 60hz, meaning the game cannot support 4k at a 120. Even though the xbox is set to a 120hz. Gaming monitor or not. I believe the best players are playing at 1080p or 1440p to get the true 120hz 120 fps. And they wont tell you that. Speed and input is everything when playing online. For anyone struggling to hit online. This is theeeee most important topic. Period this needs to be discussed. I bet you anything i get no answers from any top players on this.
Pretty sure this is just the tip of the iceberg. I think there are certain internet settings, VPNs or whatever that give a huge advantage online.
