Why is the game still freezing?

Almost everytime I go to mini seasons it says I need a 10 man roster to continue and it freezes!! Why is this still an issue? This is ridiculous.

I get freezes in the menu screens every day, I have to close the game and restart. Fortunately it has never affected game play. I have to believe this is happening to others?
