Pitcher fielding not working

I am unable to move my pitcher when a ball it out into play. Anyone else experiencing this?

Is this a recent issue? I've played through 2 seasons with two different pitchers and haven't seen it. That being said, I'm playing my SS now, so haven't played a pitcher in a couple of weeks.

I can't have my pitcher field much either in RTTS. I'd think a 50 reaction would be enough..
