I want the 20 card cap changed as much if not more than all y’all but it’s not gonna happen. SDS is trying to get whatever money they can from this game with the lockout looming. They already know next year isn’t gonna be a good so they are trying to get all the money possible this year, regardless of how the community feels. Yes they’ve made packs more attainable and I think the amount of content so far has been good, but there I’d heavily outweighed by the negatives
- stub sites using more market bots than any past year
- cheating bots on ranked that haven’t been countered so far
- 20 card limit not being addressed at all (if you mention it in the live steam insta 30 min timeout)
- accidentally restricting real people from the market well the bots run free still
Overall I think this has been the worst mlb I’ve played and hopefully they can save face and make some good changes before they fully ruin their reputation for being better than companies like EA

@Grungypunk_MLBTS LS collection is over 2.25 million to complete judge and ohtani are a little over a million that's not 99.9% of the total market value. Ohtani is doing something that's never been done before in the history of the sport and is currently at what 28 scoreless IP as someone who has gone 50/50 before yeah his card is going to be more expensive than trouts ever was and there was never a second gate keepers on judges level when trout was top dog. You're main point throughout this entire thing has been whining and complaining about not being able to complete LS collection in a couple weeks like you used to be able to. No body feels bad for you not being able to complete it within a couple weeks. Users playing the game at all time high plus number of people working the market at an all time high plus 2 players doing things that the sport has never seen before or rarely ever seen = all time high prices. You wanna complain bc they made it harder for you to make stubs by flipping with the card cap. Play the game you'll get better earn more stubs more packs all of which can be put towards collections

LS collection is over 2.25 million to complete
I think it's creeping up again. I show 2.7 million on the "Sell-Now" price as of 1 EST 4/6/2026.
Judge and Ohtani are almost 1.15 million, so... 42.6% of the total.
The next highest 12 LS diamonds are at 1.12 million - another 41.5% of the total.
I could just keep listing random numbers, but I'll stop there...

Imagine releasing a collection that 90% of the player base doesn’t get done until the summer…only to make it even harder.

@TheBigPapa55_PSN there ain’t no way you think that number is that high. The collection. Should be somewhat of a grind. You shouldn’t have 3 99s within in the first month. There have always been gatekeepers. They should cap what you can sell a card for sure. But the collection shouldn’t be easily obtainable. There are only two big cards this year. Cap then and most of you whiners would be done with collection creating a major imbalance for certain players. Everyone starts at the same place.

Well, the summer starts in June, correct? Yeah I think my estimate makes sense. I don’t even flip I’m just here for the action but they did make it harder for many people with this. -
@TheBigPapa55_PSN I bet way more than 10% will have completed this collection by June. The same recurring post about this collection and flipping will probably go down as well. Once the people who actively complain get the card it will be so much quieter.

I just got hit with a buy limit message for a card that I was trying to buy copies of to get it back to the value that it was before someone put down 20 orders for half its previous going price.
This buy limit is STUPID.
Is this a daily limit? When does this message go away.

It isn't a daily limit. You can't purchase more of a card once you have 20 in your inventory. You can still pull them in packs but you can't buy any more.

So the buy limit is not a blanket limit for all players? Does it only flag and limit some of us? I'm confused.

Player cap that’s all people. If you are limited on market overall that’s only some people -
I know I'm in the minority but I actually appreciate the limit. I don't flip a ton because there's usually a million orders, but with the limit the buy now and sell now aren't all clogged up and I can get a decent price on many players to flip. Even if it's only 20 at least I can be part of it.
