Double XP until only Monday ?? -- really are you serious
-
I think I remember it started as the weekend but they extended it for the final week of each inning on Monday at the start last year.
-
This is laughable at this point.

Hey, if people that actually have a life and responsibilities can't finish the program they will just stop playing. Not all but many. Like the last few years a skeleton of the people who started the season will be left. Not that anyone cares. People who play everyday, all day, will still be sitting on their thrones thinking they are better than everyone else.

@Dolenz_PSN
OK, my bad. Your question seemed sarcastic to me as if anyone should be finished who plays regularly. I’m still not even at Yamamoto yet. -
-
Well it would be nice if I could use the double xp weekend. I’m consistently getting disconnected. Conquest, play vs cpu, moments ect. It’s infuriating and no response from SDS. As someone who doesn’t have a lot of time to play I need the double XP.
-
So, i get one or two less gold dupe WBC cards with 300 quick sell? Oh noes.
-
So what that its only until Monday? Sometimes you can take advantage of it and sometimes you can't. And yes im sure people spending a holiday with their families are going to be cursing SDS for not allowing them to take advantage of the double xp. (/s in case any one needs that)
There is also another alternative where they never do double xp at all. So who cares if its 1 day 3 days or a week? Some of you get all worked up over the weirdest things

@Easy_Duhz_It__PSN did u buy the other boss for a xp boost next season or u think its not worth it?
-
@blitz77tw_PSN I never paid attention to it. What modes do you play?
-
I’ve only recently played one season of mini seasons, but I’ve never had such a hard time getting xp playing offline. I’m at around 340k and have basically finished getting all xp from the offline programs. I wish I had just played mini seasons from the start but I was mostly just doing programs and CPU games like I usually do. MLB 26 has already just become so boring and tedious and we are only a month in. Getting 3-4K xp with double XP for playing a nine inning game with a lot of runs and hits and pitching perfect games is just ridiculous. I remember 3-4 years ago playing cpu games on double xp weekends and getting 10-15k per game. I’m at a point where it’s making me just not care. I have too many other things going on in my life to play this this game 5-10 hours per day. Frankly, it’s also just the same graphics and gameplay that it’s been for nearly a decade. I have all 99 teams for every year leading up to this one. Why bother grinding from the start again to just play offline for the same cards I already own? WBC made me want to get this year’s edition again but those cards are already kinda done and will be obsolete soon. Live Series is too expensive again and not worth completing again. Packs are also largely just bad and seemingly even worse than previous years (where they were already bad). MLB used to be a highlight of the year, but it’s just become a huge disappointment every year.

I thought I'd played the game a pretty decent amount since I got it at launch, but I am a full 200,000 xp away from the Inning Boss card, with 5 days left.
That seems a bit off. Getting through most of the inning path should be something a big chunk players are able to do, not just the 5% of power users. Not saying perma double xp or anything, just bigger xp rewards within programs or something.
