@Bridge-Piece_XBL Alright buddy. You're right. SDS should blanket forgive all the cheaters if they promise not to do it again. I think it is fine to review on a case by case basis because it is possible some people were mistakenly banned. But there were a lot of bots and they seem to be gone now so that is a good thing and it makes zero sense to go back to what it was like last week. Maybe they should isolate markets by console types so we can close cross play because the majority of the people whining about being banned happen to be XBox players.
Agree heavily here. Especially by console type.
The suggestion to 'roll back the update' is by far the worst idea I've ever heard lol.

Do you think I would be coming here asking for account restoration if I was "cheating my fellow gamers"? You clearly have 0 idea who is behind these accounts, but make statements like you have been.
And their "case by case basis" isn't doing anything. No one I know that's been affected this week has gotten any sort of resolution, so they're not actually reviewing anything. Either that, or they truly have no idea how to differentiate between human behavior and a bot, which is alarming. It's a horrible business decision to erroneous restrict & then ignore your high spending, loyal customers.

Actually by the time I got a response to my ticket they told me they saw no restrictions or suspensions on my account.

@Stinkysman77_MLBTS Interesting. I am talking to several folks on Discord & Twitter that have gotten nothing or just the boilerplate response - yet have been locked out for days. While I appreciate the update from Joe, submitting a ticket has done absolutely nothing.
I'm just going to continue to fall behind, and then at that one point - I'll move my focus to something entirely different and never think about / play this game again.

@WavesYo_PSN yep. Initial ticket was made Tuesday at 4 PM EST. I got a message Wednesday at 9:30 EST that they’d escalate a restriction appeal, got the message today that the restriction was lifted

I submitted a ticket a week ago and I was told Wednesday it was being escalated to the appeal team… I’ve yet to hear back and it’s severely hindering my progress in the game and honestly making me not want to play the game anymore.

To be honest, I don't see them stating what the parameters are. As soon as they do that, the people who program or write the scripts that the bots use, will know how to get around the parameters and we are back to a bot filled market.
My only suggestion is to go slower when placing your orders. I'm assuming that the speed at which the orders are being placed or modified, along with the number of orders placed in a very short amount of time are some of the parameters being used to see if any type of automation is being used from the players.

Agreed. They are not going to tell us.
I wholeheartedly agree that they won't tell us. My biggest concern right now with these "parameters" is that the net is too wide- that it will end up restricting more honest folks that dishonest ones.

@Sarge1387_PSN I already talked to them..they said there should be no issues with flipping going forward..they were never targeting regular flippers.

Be careful, you’re using information that was given to you about your specific account as a blanket statement for everyone.
Each persons idea of normal flipping is different and while they said you’d be ok, you have no idea what SDS considers excessive. I’d encourage anyone restricted to send in your own support ticket and hope you get answers (we all know this is at best a coin flip).
