Twitch drops

Yooo, I’m having trouble with twitch drops I’ve connected both links and on twitch it says “connection required “ I’ve unlinked and linked but nothing, I’m new to twitch and claiming packs on there so does anyone know how to fix that issue?

I have my mlb the show account but it's the playstation network account it won't let me capture drops because it tells me that I must have a mlb the show user and password but I link the one from my Playstation and it won't let me if I make another one I lose my achievements of the one I already have I need help

@kiki_the_boss_11_PSN yeah I had/have a similar problem I temporarily lost my stuff but I unlinked PSN and thank God they returned. I submitted a ticket yesterday morning because I lost 10 twitch packs and want help linking without losing my stuff but as of yet nothing from them.

@kiki_the_boss_11_PSN I got an update from a bot just sending me the instructions I already followed so at this point you might as well not worry about the twitch packs unless you want to take a chance and lose your cards because it appears they don't care about this issue.. it's not worth the hassle plus my best friend has had his setup for years and said you really don't get any good cards from the twitch packs anyway.
