Pre determined??

Just curious if anyone has ever noticed that some animations and cards seem predetermined such as online ranked seasons. If it's a player's first time stealing the base the card will pop up as they slide into the base so it's not after the umpire makes a call. It's before that happens. It seems almost as if something's in gameplay are predetermined. I also kind of wish they could speed up the player ai and responsiveness. Some guys just move slow as molasses when you want them to hustle
