Trade Francis or AAA. Trade Berrios (if possible).

I don't have the game open, but I think Ponce might have the lowest numbers of that group. I'd probably move him to the bullpen.

IRL I'm sure Lauer is going to be traded when Yesavage and Bieber are healthy. They would trade Berrios, too, but his contract is an albatross.

Lauer is moving to the pen as the long guy, he’s not going to be traded. That’s where he was slotted to open the season before the injuries.

Although that's what the Jays have envisioned for him, he has publicly stated that he is a starter. That's the role he wants and believes is best for his career. He will not be pleased with a bullpen role.

To avoid any clubhouse problems, they will most likely move him.

EDIT: Unless more starters take a dump and end up on the IL. That kind of thing will take care of itself.
