Issue with substitutions

Ok so I have experienced this a couple of times and I am pretty sure the staff will have to fix it….
Is anybody else seeing the same thing and if so what is the best way to get this to them?I play offline franchise…. So sometimes I use pinch hitters or defensive substitutions….
When I make a def. Sub. It will also mess with the batting order (ex. I pinch hit with Ronald Acuna jr. for my backup shortstop and when I got on defense I tried to flip Acuna with who I had in right and the game had Acuna batting in both spots)Is this a known issue?
