PERK BUG [IMPORTANT]

I’m on PS5 and after I started to upgrade perks they just stopped showing/activating at all

Same thing for me. Flamethrower only activates on 2 outs instead of 1 or 2 like it says. I'm on Xbox.

They announced "various bug fixes to perks" for RTTS in the update today.
However, the 4th perk slot still isn't activating on PS5. Tested on both Flamethrower and Corner Painter, both with existing perks, and by downgrading and re-upgrading.
Not great bob.

Tried it and I can confirm it is STILL NOT working as it should. Same issue (I’m on PS5). What “various bug fixes to perks” did they make? Why can’t the game just work as intended? How is this acceptable?

Can confirm update did quite literally nothing. Same issues with the same perks. Tried upgrading / downgrading, didn’t take effect. The only thing I would think to try is doing it on a new save and see if that somehow works. In the meantime, lol.

@Not_Terry0_MLBTS If you do decide to start a new save, please let me know if that fixes the perk system

I'd rather just stop playing than do the stock grind again.
The payoff just isn't there, too much time invested and wasted if we have to start over.

I've submitted help through support with no answer. Going to be another one year with an RTTS bug that doesn't get fixed. I think this is 4 years in a row now?

@sean_plank_psn Because people that buy the show every year for RTTS only like myself don’t spend money on micro-transactions for stubs.

having the same issue. does anyone know if downgrading the perk to 3 fixes it? What a shame if I have to restart. I got pulse pounder flamethrower and recharge right out of college.
