Which players have you traded for?
-
I did one with the nationals and got Bryant, Realmuto, and JD Martinez. Did one with the Indians and got Yelich, Perez from the Royals, and Gregorious.
-
With the Red Sox I got JA Happ, Kirby Yates and Lance Lynn who was an 88. Made the march pretty easy.
-
I played as the Cubs, and got a prospect, Trevor Bauer, Trevor Story, and Starling Marte.
-
Yelich and Britton for the twins

Playing as the Cardinals
I don't remember exact details but mostly trading prospects
Got Jorge Soler to replace Fowler in RF
Got Corey Dickerson to replace Tyler O'Neill in LF
Got Eduardo Escobar to replace Carpenter at 3B
Got JT Realmuto to replace Molina at CStill have all the original guys on the bench. None of the players I picked up were on my target list but I still think it went well.
Doing Cards now. Did almost the same except Yadi and Soler. Got 2 85+ RP/CP instead.
Out of curiosity were any of those players your “focus” players?

No, I set my sights high and targeted Trout, Arrenado and a third one I don't remember, maybe Betts. Can't complain about the pickups I did make.

No they were great. Hopefully I get a few more good ones. And same as you I put focus on all the highest OVR OF and 3B.

With the A’s I picked up:
JD Martinez
Eduardo Escobar
Eduardo Rodriguez -
I have done 4 MTOs and for 3 of them I got Freddie Freeman, the other time I was the Braves. I don't know why the CPU thinks Atlanta would give Freeman up, but if you need a lefty power bat, Freeman seems to always be offered.

With Houston:
Alex Wood
Starling Marte
Christian Yelich -
With Seattle:
Adam Eaton
JD Martinez
Charlie Morton
Trevor Rosenthal -
With Nats:
Realmuto
Tommy Pham
Corey Kluber -
With Angels:
Villar
JD Martinez
Liam HendriksMartinez is easy to get

With the A’s:
JD Martinez
Eduardo Escobar
Eduardo Rodriguez
Zack Britton -
I think there’s something not-so-random built into the trade algorithm, because it seems like we all tend to get offered a few of the same guys often (Soler, Villar, Realmuto, Merrifield, etc). I’m on my my third run and I’ve picked up Soler each time — and always for low level prospects.
I just passed the trade deadline with my run with the Angels. Just for kicks, I put Trout, Rendon, Ohtani, and Jo Adell on the auction block from the very beginning. I was curious what kinds of offers I would get ... never got a trade offer that included any of those four guys. Oh well. I did pick up Realmuto, Soler, and CJ Cron.
I’m not sure what’s different this year, but MtO was a slog last year, but I am really enjoying it this year. Can’t wait to do another round with the White Sox once I have room for more TA points.

With the Phillies, Mets, and Braves I seem to always get Eduardo Escobar. Braves also got Whit Merrifield. I don't remember the other trades for them, but I do remember my Mariners trades. I got Alex Wood, Willie Calhoun, Mike Minor, and Didi Gregorius

I have done 7. This is really enjoyable. You get rewears for playing well. You can pick your level of challenge. And, you have thirty different teams to pick from. I decided to try and grind this event, and after two hours I started kissing MTO

I try to target older Players, like Goldschmidt. I have 4 Teams done (Twins, Yankees, Padres and Rays)
Got Yellich for the Padres and Rays, Goldschmidtfor the Twins and Rays, Stroy for the YankeesGuess you should always target no compatior teams for the best players.
