I paid $30 to play this game early and it's been a mess 60% of the time. I have been playing this game since the ps3 days and I am done if nothing is done to make this right. There are plenty of other games I could be playing with what little free time I actually have.

Are you actually going to leave? Or are you threatening to leave like you saud back in 23 when you stated that you would NEVER buy this game if they didnt fix a bug?
Because if youre ACTUALLY going to leave and NEVER come back; I'm sure the forum can all chip in and give you back your $30.

I would love to say more but I will be on my best behavior because I don't won't to risk my legitimate complaint getting deleting or ignored because of your comment. But yes there are plenty of other games/things I can be doing like playing Pokopia with my daughter, Marvel Rivals or Crimson Desert when that comes.

It’s already being ignored. You can get a refund through Sony. Just know, you will not be able to play the game thus year. Which sounds like that’s what your wanting anyway. So, win-win?
But yes there are plenty of other games/things I can be doing like playing Pokopia with my daughter, Marvel Rivals or Crimson Desert when that comes.
Then do that.

Early access was down 10 minutes at the start, and the menus were bugged Sunday morning but the game was still playable.
This thread is flat out being dishonest. Slightly laggy menus and 4 hours of not being able to access some screens is not a mess 60% of the time. If you want your complaint to be taken seriously maybe actually tell the truth.
Now last night, THAT was a mess. But that was launch, not early access

The menu constantly crashed out on me during early access. Also, I had issues where my mini season bugged out twice where I couldn't get my award because one time it said I lost when I didn't and another time it is stuck on a game. I keep winning and it won't advance. I wanted to play early access before I went out of town for a family sping break trip. Also, yes I am fine doing a complete refund on the game because it's messed up to pay extra for something that didn't work. I didn't pay extra for the packs, all I got was an 86 diamond anyway from them. If early access has no money value then why charge $30 more? The bootlicking is insane here.
