Better storylines plz

I get the history is important but can we plz add storylines that make history sense and are cool things everyone likes and want to see?!? Like how many years do I need to get negro leagues stuff down my throat (pause). Can we go back to stuff like the Jeter storyline? Can we do a steroid era storyline and touch on how the McGwire and Sosa race kinda saved baseball. Can we touch on the Giants winning every even year? Can we touch on the Nationals crazy turn around to win the World Series? Can we touch on the Yankees crazy dominance with 3 WS wins. Can we touch on baseball history as a whole and not 1 small corner of the game. This way we get legends that tie into it and kinda build the hype to them more?!? Like storylines has been the same basically, stadium creator, franchise and uniform customization the last few years. Please make a change that actually builds hype PLZ.

Like, I get what you’re saying… but literally every moment in DD is based on those other things. The Jeter Storyline was cool, but… like… neat… more Yankees [censored].
I’d much rather they make the cards you get from the Negro league storylines mean something in DD.

@JDHalfrack_PSN difference in DD is there’s not plot or backstory other then some words no one reads. If they wanna make a short playable film then give us good ones that are sick. Hell pick the cover athlete and do a storyline on them each year and tell their story to present day.

I both agree and disagree with you. I think they should continue with the Negro Leagues since they deserve their respect, but I absolutely would love to get more Storylines from other players. I only started watching in 97. I'm sure there are kids on here who don't remember Sosa/Big Mac. I'd love to learn more about players from the 30s/40s/50s, etc that I've never heard of.
They could even do some intro videos on some of the Cornerstone players, so we could learn more about them also.
