Won Mini-Season Championship Got No Bundle

@MarioMendoza935_XBL while I would like my 2 bundles, I just want SDs to know there is another issue that needs to be looked at. No way I am the only one this happened to.

How much are you paying devs and QA staff or have you outsourced everything to Claude? The incompetence is off the charts.

I restarted as well immediately after and still no bundle. Oh well

Happened to me, too. I restarted after winning the championship and didn't get the reward. In the previous run I happened to get booted in the middle of the championship game because of SDS maintenance on Sunday. I didn't see any warning in the game itself and I wasn't constantly checking X. Fun times.

Just happened to me as well WBC mini seasons. Submitted a ticket.

Why does this game have so many problem every year? Its baseball, not elden ring. And its not like they really changed anything. It's been the same game for a decade and they still cant have a smooth launch. Oh, but they have no problem with the store or nerfing players ability to make stubs.

None of my stats are saving in the mini season either. NOT towards the mini season goals or today's program. Sucks to have wasted the time.

Just won my first Playoff game and saw my rewards after the game - 10 pack bundle, 2 Ballin’ Packs and a couple of others. I immediately received an error after going to the next screen: “A network communication error has occurred. Please check your network connection.”
My network is fine. Has anyone had any success getting these after experiencing this?
That is super annoying. Playing 9 inning games, which is my choice but what a letdown.

@GradektheBard_PSN Same thing happened to me today too after winning it a second time. I submitted a ticket, but seems like it’s happening to a lot of people.

@go4stros25_PSN They have had issues for several years and I can’t remember them ever having a smooth launch. Even issues that they were aware of during early access LAST YEAR have still been going on. I don’t know at this point if the developers are lazy or just incompetent.

I am about to raise a ticket, but I will get the response I get will be a 'sorry, nothing we can do'.

Same for me. Went into packs after finishing and it wasn't there, I backed out of the packs screen and went back in and it was there.

I raised a ticket 40 minutes ago and just got my bundle.
