Everything is dark

Turned the game on today and everything is dark. Like the brightness got adjusted. Not any other game so it’s not my hdmi cord. There’s nowhere to adjust overall brightness either. Any ideas?

It happened a few times to me with other mlb the show games, I can't remember if I deleted my save file or deleted the whole game and re-downloaded it to fix it.

For me, it was my TV setting actually. I noticed it being insanely dark during afternoon and night games where I couldnt even see the outfield. I went to adjust the brightness but noticed the VRR setting was turned off on my TV. Changing this made it look like a whole new game for me.
