@SakAttack87_PSN no, the game breaking server problems usually wait until the official release.
The issues definitely persist through the official launch as more players hop on the game, but having been an Early Access purchaser the last six years I can confirm most of those titles all had server problems before the mass release floodgates open.
So many threads with the same valid "I paid extra to not even be able to play" complaints flooded the boards. It's been an ongoing thing for a while now it's basically a tradition.

If you don't go on those two screens, you can still acess everything except collections. Im still getting normal progression as well. Sucks, but still workable.
I'm afraid to play like that. Knowing my luck, when it gets fixed, all my progress will be reverted to before the patch

I get into the first inning of a ranked game and the second I make contact with a ball I get “disconnect from mlb the show” but i never lose connection, I’ve done everything wifi related to the point of getting a new router, still does it, games works for events and BR though, any suggestions from anyone?

Hey @sds_joek_psn why dont you "pass this one on to the team"? Your player base doesnt like being scammed by you releasing a low quality game and a bugged update. I paid $20 extra for early access, and so far, I have gotten a terrible experience, bugged game, laggy menus, and now I cant even change my squad without getting kicked out. Usually, I defend you, but when you deliver a terrible product to your most loyal fans, and make them pay extra for it, that makes me very angry.

Just relax and let them fix it. It’s not the end of the world if you can’t play a couple hours. This is nothing like what happened to me last year when my optimum internet stopped working with only the show and constant disconnects. Have the record! Have to play off phone hot spot for this game now because optimum changed somehow.

@go4stros25_PSN yes I wanted a refund last year but it was a problem on my internet company because my phone plays show with no disconnects. This is different.

Gotcha. Well server issue or no server issue, it's still sad that there is almost a guaranteed pattern year after year where people are not able to even play the game they spent extra money to play early.
