Face Scans for RTTS

Has anyone had issue with their face scan in RTTS? I’ve uploaded numerous times and every time half of my face’s skin color is darker than the other. It’s like I’m half white and half black. I’ve tried taking the pic in different lighted areas including outside and it still ends up the same way. Just checking if this is happening to other users.
