Twitch and Now & Later packs

So, out of both of my accounts, it looks like the Now & Later/Beltran packs have loaded.

However, on my main account I have only received 19/24 Now & Later packs and my secondary account has received 12/21 packs.

Can I safely assume that the rest will eventually load?

Also, I still haven't received ANY of my claimed Twitch packs from my main account. Even though I have been successfully linked for YEARS!

I only received 16 of my 26 Now and Later Packs too.

I ended up receiving 17 of the 26 Now and Later packs yesterday, I sent in a support ticket and the reply I got was that the packs were rolling out over the new few days and to give it until the 18th, if I don't have the missing packs by then, to write back to support.
