Is the long hair lag back?

Dante Bichette Jr. feels really laggy while the rest of the game plays fine. Does that mean the long hair glitch is back. I haven’t used anyone else yet but just curious.

Imagine if we were back in the jeri-curl age?
I used to have S-curls back in the day, and the activator was a wet mess. Those could really mess things up

I have Manny and don't notice any lag. I also have blurred on.
