Because SDS can choose to check you and lock this thread..... but it appears, sadly, they can careless. Pretty funny how you can make snap judgements with people you don't even know, and you call me the narrow-minded one. Kinda paradoxical but I guess that's how you get your hard on, to each his own I guess.

@borderpatrollin_XBL is it? I’m not sorry for that. What was said on this thread was appalling. We all have freedom of speech, not freedom of consequences.
Throw in the fact that he is most likely in law enforcement and it makes me even angrier.
And to clarify. The guy I contacted is in no way associated with law enforcement, but he has skills at doing things on a computer. If this guy had continued his antics I would have privately warned him to stop before contacting his bosses, with all the screenshots I have of his hateful rhetoric.
Thankfully, it never came to that and he decided the juice wasn’t worth his squeeze. Which, in a way, is an admission of guilt.

@borderpatrollin_XBL I’m not going to get into a degree measuring contest with you. But I have one of my masters, not my doctorate, in public law and practice. 1st amendment protects you from persecution from the government, not from employers and the general public.
I do not regret doing what I did, nor did I do it for anyone’s approval. The guy was appalling. I let him know there are potential consequences that do not include violence or name calling.
And it is also at this point that I can exercise my ability to block annoying people. Have a great ‘26 season, sir.

@borderpatrollin_XBL hey genius, they have policies about conduct detrimental to the force. Spewing hateful messages might be considered as such. I’m sure his union would work hard to protect him, but the truth on him would be out. There are hundreds of examples of this around the country. He arrests a minority one of the first things a lawyer will attempt to do is besmirch the arresting officer’s credibility. Would you be happy to be a minority and find out your arresting officer types stuff like this in his spare time? Again, good year to you.

@borderpatrollin_XBL you are right, I don’t practice law and I have “A” masters. But it is in a subject matter that I use daily to assist my job that my doctorate made possible. But it’s okay. I chose not to become a lawyer, that choice wasn’t made for me by test scores, acceptance letters, or anything else. I don’t dislike you @borderpatrollin_xbl let’s leave this conversation where it sits.
