I am a big Open Word Adventure/RPG gaming fan. It is probably my favorite genre. Unfortunately they keep releasing these 100 plus hour games in March within a few days of The Show! It will severely impact my playtime with this game.

    2025
MLB The Show - March 18th
    Assassin's Creed Shadows - March 20th

    2026
MLB The Show - March 17th
    Crimson Desert - March 19th

I definitely spent more time in March and April with AC Shadows than MLB The Show and assume the same will hold true for Crimson Desert.

You think devs give a [censored] about MLB The Show? What are they, threats to sales (no)? I get it, but it’s just screaming into a void and it sucks.

I realize that. Two different genres completely without a ton of overlap. It's just inconvenient for me.

From the looks of it though Crimson Desert is going to get most of my playtime in late March and April, unless of course I hate it for some reason

The only thing thats gonna interfere with my MLB time this year is 007 and (if it actually comes out this year) GTA 6.

@TheBigPapa55_PSN They are actually threat to sales if you think about because basically, they cause less people to discover MLB The Show and pull more customers to their games. This is just my thinking I could be wrong but the sales part sounds true to me.
