The Hypocrisy With The Baseball Writers Is Insane

As happy as I am for Carlos Beltran getting into the Hall of Fame, you do have to point out how insanely hypocritical it is. Beltran may not have taking PED's, but the man literally concocted a cheating scandal so immense it won the Astros their first title, cost the Astros years of first round picks, got himself fired as manager, got Alex Cora fired (but then he returned so whatever), got A.J. Hinch fired, and cost Houston 5 million dollars and temporarily ruined the integrity of the game and probably ruined the Astros' integrity as well. He 100% has the numbers to be in the Hall of Fame, but if you talk about ruining the integrity of the game which is solely the reason players like Bonds, Rodriguez, Ramirez, Clemens, McGwire, Sosa, and more, aren't in the HOF when for starters there were no rules against PED's, there was no testing, not even a slight regulation until 2005 (and if we're being honest steroids really just increase protein synthesis allowing for your muscles to grow faster there's still tons of hard work involved to get results), yet you elect this man, it's laughable. Let me know if you guys agree.

I honestly think the whole voting process sucks. You mean to tell me that not one person until Mariano Rivera was unanimous selection into the HOF? When you look at the guys and the votes they got (or didnt get) its ridiculous really.
As far as PEDs, its ridiculous to me that David Ortiz is in because he was a media friendly guy but ARod isnt , and probably never will be til some of the sticklers start dying off, because he was disliked by the media (and other players)
