Im facing al leiter ive never beet him in several tries , what is the recommended approach.
Also do perks stack ? For example if i have the gold and silver version of a perk can i use both and get the benefit?

Speed guys, pinch run if needed. Always steal to stay out of double plays. Be patient, and lay off the low pitches as much as possible. Yes, perks do stack. Good luck.
