Need help and understanding

I know you can only get Nike gear through packs. My question is which packs? How do I get more boss missions that have packs that don’t glitch, can the ones you buy in Etta drop them. I just want the Nike gear and I’ve got 100s of hours. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times and they haven’t answered my question regarding the topic. I just need to know the best way to go about it, it’s driving me insane.
