Your Collection status heading into 9/12/2025

I know I post this before every new Collection, but where do you stand coming into the new Collections on Friday?
I think I'm good with everything except "Awards". With Tatis Jr., Jackie, Randy and McGuire costing nearly 700k, I'll probably be short on that one. I assume Randy and Jackie will come down once they go into the "pool" in the Multiplayer program.
Anyway, where are you at?

Of the collections that don't end in a final card (ASG, New Threads, Neon, etc), I'm missing the following:
AS: 3
Awards: 6
Hall of Fame: 6
Home Run Derby: 3 (plus Cal)
Jin Kim: 2
Milestone: 5
Neon: 4 (plus Reynolds)
Signature: 5
Spotlight: 6 (plus Turang)
Topps Now: 1 -
Do they even matter at this point? They’ll just have a chase pack card that is better than the collection reward. Just save your stubs to buy your favorite of the chase cards. I’ll probably do that with Chipper.

I'm currently not chasing any collections. I have everyone I really want right now. I just completed Rolen yesterday just by chance. Still quite a ways from Ted Williams or Bautista. I completed LS in July. There are just too many great options out there for me to worry about collections. I am working on completing TA to get all the Finest cards. I'm saving up to give Chipper a test drive but other than that I don't have any wants.

Considering I never played The Show (or any baseball game since Griffey in 1994) before June, I think a am doing quite well.
I finish the LS a couple of weeks ago, as long as Rolen. I only need 20 ish cards to get Williams (but at least two of these cards would cost me 100 K or more).
I have Wagner and I am very close to get Allen.
I still need 85 cards to unlock Bautista. Not sure if I will ever get there. Or want to.
I finish the Neon collection yesterday, wich was fun. I am also quite proud that I unlocked Judge AS.
The only place I could really do better is Spotlight. I have all the monthly "bosses", but I have not finish a single retro collection yet. Not that it is a goal. But I am hoping that past Spotlight packs will be awarded in future program, so I can finish this collection.

They just put a couple of May Spotlight packs in the last program, which absolutely tanked prices. All them are at or near QS prices.

Need 2 cards to complete 2nd Half Heroes voucher for Bautista. All 3 Rare HRD Cards. Quite a few Signature Series, but I've yet to play the MS which will get me Posada. Plus finish up NEON. About to start on the NL. Kind of a personal protest on going for Bautista since they're making us get Cal for him....I know you can skip one, but that's the one I'm gonna HAVE to skip cause I'm not shelling out 180-200k for those HRD cards. If they would release those packs again I'd be much happier.

Technically they have, but I dont recommend it.
Win the new MS championship, waste the ultra on a HRD pack (one card choice pack)

I am about 20 Collections short of being done. Too many to list, frankly.
Most cards I need are “hidden” in modes I don’t play: Storylines, Showdown and DQ.
Really need prices to come down in cards. They are too expensive at the moment. IMO.

Quick Sell. Thanks to market rules, you can't list a card for less than it's QS price, meaning they aren't going to drop any further.

9 cards from the Bautista AS series voucher.
1 from Breakout, needing 58k for Tek, or 48k for McClanahan that I don’t want to pay. I think Mc still available in DQ.
3 from Moonshot Buxton, but the 3 of 4 we can buy are each over 100k. Just ridiculous.
I'd buy the last 3 Moonshot ones, but am saving for Chipper. I'd change if the collection reward is 'all that.' -

I'm missing 25 cards, at least 17 of them are Chase rares.
All of them are over 60,000 Stubs.
Also it will be down to 17 by the end of the week, so the Chase rares.

I am only missing many of the chase cards. 450k stubs right now and probably over 300k in my binder in duplicates. Waiting for flash sale or chase card release to lower the prices for a bit so I can buy them up and have every card

I’m only missing 4 Awards cards and 6 spotlight cards. I have every other collection done to use as a voucher and I’m 100% in every other category to include milestone and Topps Now. I may not be able to finish the collection immediately because I’ll likely have to skip awards, and will have to finish the new cornerstone that drops, but should have it finished by the end of the day Friday.
The new Mini Season has been an absolute stub making machine for me. I don’t plan on purchasing any more cards until I can reevaluate on Friday. I’m just going to stack stubs until then.

Ive pulled Mark but sold for like 250k when he first came out but I doubt I'll need him
Bautista has always been expensive lol with a new Dibble coming Friday I hope this one goes down
