Constant server disconnect
-
The past 3 or 4 days. Probably since the last update I've been getting a ton of server disconnects. Cannot connect to server notifications. Everything Alice is fine. I can play call of duty. I can stream Netflix and whatever. But online the show I can't play any online games. My internet connection is fine. I have two gig speed so it's not my connection. It's got to be the server

SDS has completely ignored the merits of the dozens of recent threads that report this issue, and in the one thread they had any response at all, it was to try telling a handful of trolls whom I long prior blocked accounts and didn't even read their comments, to "get back on track."
The mind numbing part of it is that the SDS staff employee could take the time to redress tolls high jacking a thread, but not say one single word about the actual server issue. In all the other threads, there has been no explanation of the situation.
SDS has long since passed the mark where the customers here have to conclude they just don't care about issues like this. They know there are issues, but they have been told to keep quiet about it, as if silence will make the complaints go away.
Folks, this is why I refuse to purchase another game made by SDS. In playing sports video games made by other companies the situation is just so much better. SDS has grown stale, aloof, and even arrogant because they have ridden a monopoly for years with the MLB theme games.

@Ken_Stallings_MLBTS not arguing the merits of better communication but to be fair, sometimes they work on stuff without telling us and it just goes away without notice

I have been having the same issue since August 14. No response from SDS on support tickets. I have enjoyed the game but there is no way I can continue to play since I am getting disconnected each day.

To be fair also, many of these issues being raised have been present for years without correction. There isn't any reasonable basis to give SDS credit for all that. No, sadly, we are dealing with a company that has totally lost its way -- another prime example for why creation of monopolies is a very bad idea. Human beings need competition to keep them sharp, alert, and hard working. Without competition, we get stale, aloof, and entitled.
When dozens of customers are flagging the same issue, no properly run company whistles past the graveyard like nothing is happening.
