Ok I’m frustrated now is anyone have trouble with Xp’s on diamond Dynasty it’s been stuck for two days and unable to collect more please fix this issue there’s only 21days left.

Uninstall and reinstall your game that fixes the not getting any XP problem, it's the only solution

So do it like it’s a new game would I lose my existing XP points ???

@akaice1974_PSN I’ve never had that problem but the first answer apparently works. Try clearing cache and then rebooting; if it doesn’t work reinstall the game, not the console.

Is it under the Game settings or the system settings ?

@akaice1974_PSN search youtube; basically turn off console then hold power at the front until you hear beeps to boot in safe mode or something like that. The option to clear cache will be there.
Go google/yt for steps by steps to be sure; easy peasy.
