I just spent two hours on the Bob Gibson 8 inning mission and didn’t complete it. It is what it is. When it’s ready for me to beat it, I will. Usually the pitching missions don’t stick it to me like this, but with everything else in the game going so well, I’ve got to get my frustration from somewhere...

After playing the Astros in Gibson's 1st moment, I was concerned. Turns out it was just the Astros and they were at home
go figure. -
What really irritates me is spending hours on Rookie and Veteran trying to get those, and then jumping back online... fugget boud’ it

I was going to say I prefer Moments over Showdown, but Showdown is essentially just a collection of PITA moments. So I agree.

I actually like Showdown, it’s more Conquest than Moments. I hate player lock games in M2O though. When I pitch, I want to play defense too.

I guess this is the reason they have to have so many game modes — everybody likes something different. But that’s actually pretty cool. I have to say, I didn’t like M2O last year but i kinda dig it this year, and I’ve always loved conquest. I like the showdown boss battles, but the in-between moments/missions are a frustrating grind to me.
