6 Show packs and 750 stubs

All Star break has come and gone. Why are programs chock full of total [censored] still? You couldn't even make it an even 1,000 stubs?

That's crazy talk. I mean that would let you run straight to the market and buy a Gold card.

For comparison, last years all star programs had 6,000 stubs, 9 show packs, 3 ballins, and 3 Headliners
Also remember when the all star programs had rare round choice packs for HRD/AS/Draft?

Am I mistaken or is this essentially two cornerstone mission structures shoehorned into one program?
Get the 95 version. Play with them for missions and eventually earn 99 version?

I kinda like the way the program is structured, just ...there needed to be more of it than just CC and Cobra
