Open packs before or after new content

I've got about 70 packs (Regular, Ballin, and Headliners). Would you open them before or after the new content today or after and why?

The later you get in the year, the better chance you have at getting those just-released commons people need to complete LS collections that stack in value.
But we're still a month or so from those. Feel free to open as you wish.
