In the last few days, two threads were started. Yesterday, one that said head-to-head online matchups were still broken, and this one saying the same about coop.
I point this out only because SDS made a critical statement saying the reason they had no choice but to lock down the recently discovered option to move the baseline and backstop wall panels was because of the concerns over their impact in online games.
Yet, here are two large parts of online play that seem still broken due to reasons having nothing to do with the option to move wall panels in Stadium Creator.
So, it's seeming clear more and more that SDS's reasoning was a manipulative deception, and the reason was after all just a desire to place control over what customers can do higher than customer satisfaction.
In terms of this forum existing, I think you are right. It seems to exist for nothing more than an appearance of customer interaction. It certainly hasn't led to any significant improvements in the game nor fixes for the bugs that have been accurately reported.
What galls me about all this are the many bugs and improvements that really are easy to implement that just haven't been addressed, many in several years. I have but one question, what Diamond Dynasty modes are working with custom stadiums? Are there any that involve online games?

I would just like transparent messaging when something is broken or not working correctly.
"Hey, we're aware that there are online game modes that are down. We are working on it."
This seems like a fair request to me, but without any interaction with sds it is impossible to know anything. I don't buy and play this game because I hate it, I would love for viable user feedback to taken into consideration and commented on, but I feel like that's not where we're headed.
For those who work hard on this game and give us the game we love, thank you. For those that are responsible for customer service and communication, do better. -
They finally fixed it I finally matched with a non switch user it’s about freaking time

Pathetic support without any other avenue.For bugs you would use the bug report function vs the actual forum. The forum would be more to discuss the issue with others. I would assume if anyone monitors this place from SDS it’s some unpaid intern flagging inappropriate interactions while the bug reports go to the important people.
