AUSL Inclusion

Hey MLB The Show, the new AUSL pro softball league has been fantastic! Any chance the AUSL could be included in the game in the near future?
NBA2K, FIFA, and NHL have all included the women's side in their games. I know it's not exactly the same with baseball/softball. Different motions, fields, etc. But this could be an awesome addition to future Show games. Help grow this league that is partnered with MLB.Thanks!

@relaxed_current4_PSN With all due respect, the AUSL has only four teams in its league. I would rather SDS give me the Women's Professional Baseball League between 1942 to 1953 before choosing softball. No offense!

I'd rather see blitzball in the game than softball.

@TheBigPapa55_PSN Adding wiffle ball would be awesome! Fans could submit their own fields and SDS could choose the best and add them into the game with some edits along with some iconic fields. You could also have the opportunity to choose which wiffle ball you use like a normal wiffle ball, blitzball, etc. That's probably not happening tho.
But I can still hope for it maybe coming in to the game in MLB the Show 2050...

@xsdert34_PSN That's actually a good idea to include the Women's Professional Baseball league. That could be a Storylines feature just like the Negro Leagues.
When it comes to current promotion though, I think including AUSL eventually would be great! Especially if they expand beyond four teams. The NHL game added the new PWHL teams in mid season, which I believe only has six teams.
Since the AUSL is directly supported and partnered with MLB, would be a great addition to The Show at some point. -

Although it would be great for them to add the AUSL I would lean into the no. Gameplay mechanics are way different in softball. If you ask around this forum the entire game play is broken beyond all recognition so imagine adding softball into the mix. I also don’t see them paying a plethora of female players for their NIL to make an entire league either with them slowly adding the Negro Leagues. They got bashed in this forum last year for added women players so who knows how many more will be added.
