It's Hall of Fame induction day....Wagner, Parker, Ichiro, CC, and [censored] Allen.
I'm guessing its Dave Parker. Which i'm surprised he didnt get a program before. I'd love it to be Ichiro, but lets be fair someone of that name value would be a Cover Seller.
Also i looked up things that happened July 27th, Gaylord Perry gets his 3500th K, and Pete Rose breaks the all-time hit record.
Ultimately, i'm saying Parker. Wagner would be my 2nd guess.

While I love Dave Parker (The Cobra!!!!) , I can’t imagine he will be the next collection. He’s not really a name that gets players excited. To go from Ted Williams to Dave Parker would be a bit of a let down. My guess is Billy Wagner or Ichiro. Yes he would be a cover athlete but they also want to entice people to keep playing this time of year.

I'm sticking with my 99 CC prediction. Ichiro would be awesome but agree he would have been released by now and hyped more if he were in the game.

Didn’t realize it was the hall of fame stuff. I was thinking Manny since he’s the last big new legend without a 99. Probably one of these guys going into the hall though.

Last year they gave us all the players that inducted in separate player programs. Hopefully that's the case again and we are getting someone unexpected.

CC would not move the needle.
I think Ichiro is not so far-fetched. It would make a solid business decision. Trying to keep players on the Show instead of Madden and 2K.

Now that would entice the fans to come back Ichiro as a player program
