@Ktothemarvel_PSN Exactly! I remember when the show came out, and for years it was just the show. I play for the show not DD. If there not gonna put more effort into the show, then don’t even call it that anymore. I’ll quit wasting my money

@Jpytel23_PSN I agree. Hopefully they can add some stuff in an update as well as other feedback others have for rtts. We shouldn’t have to wait until next year game for some of these to be fixed when DD is getting updated non stop with added features smh. But hopefully Joey and the SDS team is listening to rtts users.

I can assure you, we're listening. Some things are easier to address than others for many reasons. Updates for DD don't necessarily mean that RTTS is being ignored.

Hearing is not listening. Listening implies comprehension with determination to correct and via actions solve the issues raised. You heard what we wanted with respect to Stadium Creator and as a company you chose to ignore our earnest and well considered advice on how to proceed to allow us to retain editable baseline and backstop walls while preventing its use to stymie honest online play. Instead, you tried to stop those recently gained options that we spent five years asking for.
That's not listening, Joe. As you fully understand, that is hearing and then acting in malicious opposition to what it is the customers want.
Customers here are no longer placated by statements made absent corrective actions. As a company, SDS has only itself to blame for this. You had to overcome five years of mostly ignored customer bug reports and honest requests. Your interaction here was initially seen as a positive. I think most, if not all, of that recent luster has dulled because of continued inaction.

Let me say it this way: it's my job to listen to the community and represent their voice to our team internally, which I do (and did in the case of Stadium Creator). It's then up to our team to prioritize that feedback and decide how (or if) to action on it.
I make it a point not to make promises of any kind here. I'm not making any in this case and none were made in regards to Stadium Creator (other than that I would share your feedback with the team, which I did).
Again, updates to one mode do not necessarily equate to another mode being ignored.

Correct, and honestly you did not need to make that reply. We are all intelligent enough to comprehend your reality. You have performed your role, but to be blunt honest with you, Joe, your role becomes devoid of meaning unless SDS backs up your interaction with meaningful actions to implement customer recommendations, especially when those recommendations reflect things than can be done.
However, you did add something that needs direct address. You said, "updates to one mode do not necessarily equate to another mode being ignored." Perhaps true, but only in cases where eventually those other modes get the TLC customers have asked for. Five years gone without anything other than trivial action is conclusion beyond reasonable doubt -- SDS has no intention of upgrading any of the three customer custom content options simply because they don't want to upgrade them, especially not in ways the customers desire.
I would ask, but I know you could not answer, how many customers continue to invest care when a company spends years ignoring the reasonable requests? Answer is unavoidable, and it is a firm "very few indeed," and while that isn't your fault personally, as a representative of SDS, you have to bear the brunt of the customer anger and dissatisfaction. And in conclusion, this is a path we are firmly walking now, where your role has been undermined by SDS same as previously employed people in your role faced.
Actions are what are wanted here, positive actions that make customers happier, not angrier. Action, Joe, not words! And finally, it isn't as if me personally -- and many other customers here -- did not provide you with clear head's up on the issue and where this goes if SDS chose continued inaction.

I have many more ideas too, but the list that was provided was an awesome start. Hopefully will see some changes this year and not have to wait for next year edition. I have spent a lot of money and time on this game, and be nice to see the necessary changes to make rtts great again
