19 updates in and the 3rd base coach is still wearing a jacket. @SDS_JoeK_PSN you asked me to send you a screenshot of it. I did. Weeks ago. You said you received it. Is there a reason it hasn't been fixed yet?

Probably not high on their list of priorities. I mean, their programmers only have so much time and I'm sure are kept plenty busy. I know it's 'unrealistic' but it isn't actually affecting gameplay at all.
Hopefully they'll have an opportunity at some point but doesn't seem worth making a big deal out of tbh. -
I think deciding what color marker to use on the white board in staff meetings is higher on the priority list than this .

OK, if that is the case, then may we ask precisely what IS high on their list of priorities? I mean in the months since this game has released there hasn't been many bugs that have been fixed. Moreover, this isn't exactly a hugely complicated fix, and no the third base coaches do not wear jackets on the field.
There is also an adjacent argument to be made -- if SDS would conduct proper alpha testing prior to initial release then a great number of these bugs should have been fixed prior to that release. I mean, now much testing would it have required to realize the stadiums could not be downloaded from the vault?

@Finn_Scotus_MLBTS I appreciate your perspective. But, to be honest, if you've looked at the notes on the last several updates, they're not really fixing much of anything. So, they don't seem to be inundated with too much. I mean, the big things we've asked for haven't been addressed. Aside from the SC issue. And, I give them props for that. But, as @PriorFir4383355_XBL said, they seem to have skipped any beta testing or QC prior to release. There has been no attention to detail.
So, I don't think this is that big of an ask. At least we deserve an explanation as to why there are things that need to be fixed that haven't. That's the least they could do. They only send poor Joe out there to take the slings and arrows.
This has seriously diminished their reputation. As far as I'm concerned. And, will likely impact my decision to purchase this title in the future.

Im never buying another MLB the show because the 3rd base coach is wearing a jacket! This is probably the most irrelevant complaint next to face scans if I ever saw one lol.

@ralph13m_PSN I reported an issue on the app last year. They contacted me and asked for a screenshot. It’s still not fixed. This was early in last years game! Good luck.

RBI Baseball was a small operation, but if you reached out to them, they'd do whatever was possible to improve the game. Had more done that, perhaps it would still be around, and would have pushed MLB The Show into a corner. With one licensed MLB game out there, SDS is free to do whatever they like or dislike.
Whom else misses the days when we had at least half a dozen video games for each sports, yearly!?

SDS just doesn't care about any minor idea about any other mode besides DD (and maybe RTTS). EA needs to wake up and get back into making baseball games.

I think it’s weather that decides the jacket or not. When it’s cold enough they wear it. I just wish they had the guy wearing a hoodie or something like in reality.
