What to do before update today

I have 40,000 stubs. Should I buy and finish 20th Anniv., All Star, or Egg Hunt program before the update? Or do you think these will drop in price?

All Star. I would expect 20th Anniv and Deluxe packs are going to start raining down, especially after

save your stubs. lots of packs coming, plus this will be a collection you'll want to spend stubs on. The old content will become irrelevant over the next 10 days.

Totally agree with this. I've been saving stubs for a while now (at about 700k) just so I can spend on what I want from this drop and finish the collections. I feel like we'll be looking at a bit of a reset after this drop with so many new cards coming out.

I posted this in another thread, I guess I should have posted it here. I'm starting to wonder if I should jump on my Portal and sell Trea Turner, Chase Pack Acuna, Bautista, and a few other cards. I have about 20k in stubs, but I have a good chunk in cards but I'm assuming they are going to drop in price. Thing is I really like the three cards I mentioned so not really sure what to do.

Thanks, Fearing the 20th anniversary (since you can't get those anymore) and gate keepers in the summer/egg drop will stay inflated.

It's tough to say because there is also a roster update coming. Usually that inflates prices. So honestly I'm not sure what to expect there.

@Pergo_MLBTS Forgot about the roster update! I may just hold onto them for now, I have all the collections done I just wanted to have some stubs for the new All Star cards today. I might hop on and see if Turner is still around 140k I guess, I feel like he might drop with the new cards coming. But guys like Felix are so good I hate to lose them.

I would invest those stubs. Seiya Suzuki, Cody Bellinger and Aroldis Chapman are all solid bets to go diamond with the update. If that happens they will quick sell for 3k each. Every stub you buy them under 3k for is profit. Just my advice.

@LHUBison58_XBL All currently at 3,000. I may do this as no risk in case they go to 86, though.
too late to do investments and make money. -
I didn’t check them. I think seiya is your best bet for 86. I usually buy my investments later today for the next update. It is harder to make stubs this late though. RU2 made me millions.

@Filly1818_XBL I have done some impulse deals myself before. Jacob Wilson was my best investment of the year. I bought thousands of him after watching him play the Pirates in April. When he went diamond the game was essentially unlocked for me the rest of the year.

@Dodgers_1890_PSN Yeah I sold Turner this morning, got 100k for him so I lost a bit but I figure he is going to drop even further. I should have sold him yesterday I guess, live and learn.

@LHUBison58_XBL want to thank you for the investing tip on Suzuki. I bought a bunch of them a while ago and held on (even when he didn’t get upgraded last time)
Made enough to possibly buy Jram ( if I want)
Also noted your tip on Chapman would have paid off as well.
