He certainly did in the moment. It may be the slowest I have ever seen the pitching meter move

Slower than the old Spahn windup?
Spahn was my first thought too. I appreciate the accuracy, but man was that painful.

When using players with wind ups like this , your almost better off putting a man on just for your sanity.

Yeah you can probably steal 2nd , 3rd and home before the ball gets there.
