The three of the same card is complete BS. SDS can easily fix this. Any jr high coding student could fix this. The lack of pulls in a 50 pack is disappointing but typical. But the 3x repeats is unacceptable. This happened to me a few times now on packs I purchased.

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN I think I have had 3 50 packs from MP program. 85 chase card on all of them with no other diamonds. I put a thread up that this game is just deflating. It is hands down the most unrewarding game I've ever played and it isn't close.

It's almost comical at this point. If I happen to get a LS diamond it is a 3k card. Any other diamond like summer program is the worst base card you can get multiple times. Just another reason I stopped playing ranked competitively. I am not going to play people on the coast on HOF+ with dial-up internet with lineups full of collections and chase cards I can't get even though I have played over 300 hours.

I can't wait to play Weekend Classic and if I get 4 wins I get an 85+ card which really means I get a 3k 85 card. Nothing in this game is worth the time. So I'll sit in all star down in the 5-600's until either connections improve or SDS wants to reward me for my time with some actual good pulls. At this point I am good with either.

This game really sucks. Unfortunately, it is the only baseball game. Crazy how the first game I really played heavily online (2017) seems to be by far the best.

First off, let me start by I know packs are trash and I really wasn't expecting to pull an Ohtani.

But to finally finish the MP Program, for the 50pk bundle, and to walk away with ONE Diamond (LS Will Smith from the Chase Pack) and ZERO Golds (Only Silvers, Bronze, and Commons) from the 50pks is ABSOLUTELY demoralizing!

And the final Premier Pack netted me 3, yes 3, KeBryan Hayes!

I've ripped about 330 or so Show packs from the color storm programs. Not one. Single. LS Diamond. Pack odds are god awful this year, significantly worse than the 1:50 for me.

@Dookie-Possum_XBL Yes. I am not good enough to put out live content but I did register as a streamer and I get diamonds about 50% of the time.

Here is the problem with packs and why the odds are trash. They include things that we don’t need , bats , socks, sponsors etc. Also by adding the collection diamonds it takes the odds of pulling a LS diamond and puts them higher. Now let’s also remember that with 2 consoles and game pass gone there are less cards available on the market.

The odds listed are only for player items. They do not include things like bats, socks, sponsors, etc.

I firmly feel the free packs from TA are dejuiced. My son and I both have gotten zero diamonds thus far, and I have all 30 All Star vouchers done and he has 14. That’s a lot of packs. I also had two wheel spins today: two headliner packs.

SDS has made it very apparent, they don’t want grinding to net you valuable cards…you need to spend money or stubs, that is there business model this season…very disappointing but it’s only getting worse as the year goes on

Don't worry guys, after Xmas when the odds are still 1/50, you will be getting high diamonds every 3rd pack....gotta condition that brain to crave the flashing blue

Pack odds have always been questionable. I think what really makes it feel worse this year is the values. The game released mid March and by May 1st virtually every LS Diamond , except 6 or 7, were worth 5000 stubs or less. Most collection diamonds except for a few were worth less than 4000 stubs mere days after release.

So you've got 95% of the Diamonds in this game worthless in the market and 5% untouchable. In years past there seemed to be levels of value. Some ridiculous like Judge and Ohtani and some cheap but there were always those in the 60,000. 40,000, 20,000. And 10,000 range. That didn't happen this year. I think it's the result of SDS giving us too much too soon it's way to easy now to field an entire team of diamonds in the first week of release. It never used to be like that either.

So by the end of the first week you've got a full team of diamonds and by May 1st you've leveled them up to 87 there really is no value in an 87 to 89 LS diamond in the market. I finally landed Judge and Ohtani but I honestly barely use them. I have cards from April that I hit better with.

I wish instead of double xp weekends, they would give us a “juiced” pack weekend. Where pack odds were like ones during Xmas time. So basically it would work like a flash sale, but just with regular show packs being “juiced”. Just a fun idea.

This has been the case for many years though going back to 20 which was a very well-received season for DD.

Even with that game though, you were able to field a lineup/rotation full of diamonds very fast. The first TA series at launch had 87-89 cards and the 5th Inning - which dropped on June 25 so relative to where we are currently at today - already featured 99 overalls with the three bosses available.

You can argue that 25 has offered the slowest creep since like 2017/18.
